Job Description:
The job activities will cover the following areas:
* Solar Cell and PV module calibration
* Experience in PV module testing and qualification
* Understanding of PV module degradation modes
* Model electrical characteristics of PV Modules
* Conduct applied research and analysis related to solar cell and PV module reliability
* Develop standards to test the durability of PV-modules
* Prepare technical reports by analyzing and summarizing information

Job Requirements:
Candidates with background in PV or material sciences will be preferred. The candidate is required to have experience with the following:
* PV metrology
* PV module and material testing
* Data processing and analysis
* Ability in programming (MATLAB, C/C++)
