崗位職責：

1.負責太陽能高效電池PECVD工藝開發，優化工藝條件改善鈍化效果，提升轉換效率、良率、產能改善；

2.針對HIT異質結電池，改進和優化現有非晶硅/微晶硅工藝，提升設備工藝穩定性完成工藝實驗報告；

3.負責PECVD設備的維護、保養，根據工藝需求對設備改進提供意見和建議；

4.負責新產品薄膜過程中數據收集及異常問題分析與解決；

5.負責新產品、新工藝的開發與轉移，并使之適于量產；

6.制程整合部相應體系文件編寫；

7.完成領導交辦的其他任務。

崗位要求：

1、具有板式PECVD、管式PECVD鍍膜設備，有PECVD經驗者優先；

2、2-5年PECVD鍍膜工藝調試經歷，有晶硅太陽能電池制造行業特別是異質結PECVD經歷優先；

3、材料學、化學、物理、半導體器件等相關專業，本科以上學歷；

4、較強的數據分析、解決異常問題的能力；

5、熟悉常見材料和器件的表征方法，能獨立操作各種分析設備，如橢偏儀，分光光度計，WCT-120，霍爾測試儀等；

6、具有良好的分析能力、溝通能力、組織協調能力、團隊協作能力以及很強的執行力；
