崗位職責：

1.負責太陽能高效電池PECVD工藝開發(fā)，優(yōu)化工藝條件改善鈍化效果，提升轉(zhuǎn)換效率、良率、產(chǎn)能改善；

2.針對HIT異質(zhì)結(jié)電池，改進和優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有非晶硅/微晶硅工藝，提升設備工藝穩(wěn)定性完成工藝實驗報告；

3.負責PECVD設備的維護、保養(yǎng)，根據(jù)工藝需求對設備改進提供意見和建議；

4.負責新產(chǎn)品薄膜過程中數(shù)據(jù)收集及異常問題分析與解決；

5.負責新產(chǎn)品、新工藝的開發(fā)與轉(zhuǎn)移，并使之適于量產(chǎn)；

6.制程整合部相應體系文件編寫；

7.完成領(lǐng)導交辦的其他任務。

崗位要求：

1、具有板式PECVD、管式PECVD鍍膜設備，有PECVD經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

2、2-5年P(guān)ECVD鍍膜工藝調(diào)試經(jīng)歷，有晶硅太陽能電池制造行業(yè)特別是異質(zhì)結(jié)PECVD經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先；

3、材料學、化學、物理、半導體器件等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科以上學歷；

4、較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析、解決異常問題的能力；

5、熟悉常見材料和器件的表征方法，能獨立操作各種分析設備，如橢偏儀，分光光度計，WCT-120，霍爾測試儀等；

6、具有良好的分析能力、溝通能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、團隊協(xié)作能力以及很強的執(zhí)行力；
