崗位職責(zé)

1. 組織公司新建異質(zhì)結(jié)電池產(chǎn)線的設(shè)備廠商對(duì)及二次配點(diǎn)位確認(rèn)；

2. 制定公司電池設(shè)備的管理制度，組織編制設(shè)備作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、保養(yǎng)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)、日常點(diǎn)檢作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書等文件；

3. 編寫設(shè)備調(diào)試計(jì)劃及確認(rèn)跟進(jìn)進(jìn)度；

4. 計(jì)劃實(shí)施本工序人員的二三級(jí)培訓(xùn)；

5. 本工序調(diào)試及生產(chǎn)過程中的異常處理及報(bào)告輸出；

6. 定期梳理本工序的備件使用情況及時(shí)提請(qǐng)申購。

任職資格

1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及其自動(dòng)化、自動(dòng)類等專業(yè)；

2. 至少3年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3. 熟悉太陽能光伏電池絲印設(shè)備特性，熟悉設(shè)備維修、保管以及設(shè)備管理方法；

4. 有異質(zhì)結(jié)電池生產(chǎn)設(shè)備維保、管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
