核心職責1. 對外關系與生態合作- 統籌董事長參與的政府、行業協會、合作伙伴及投資機構的高層接待與拜訪。- 主導商務合作（BD）談判，推動自動駕駛產業鏈生態合作（如技術供應商、車企、政策方等）。- 審核對外發聲內容（PR/IR），包括演講文稿、媒體采訪及投資者材料。2. 協助戰略支持與決策落地- 協助制定公司戰略規劃，參與行業研究、競爭分析及業務模型優化。- 協助推進進戰略項目執行，推動跨部門協作與資源整合。3. 內部運營與專項管理- 按需支持管理層事務性工作推進。- 參與支持專項任務（如融資支持、戰略投資盡調、新業務孵化等），推進閉環。- 監控行業政策與技術趨勢，輸出洞察報告供決策參考。任職要求1. 必備條件- 教育背景：985/211或海外名校碩士及以上學歷，專業不限（理工科+商科復合背景優先）。- 工作經驗：5年以上戰略/投資/運營相關經驗，有頭部企業管培生、總裁助理或咨詢/投行背景者優先。- 行業認知：對自動駕駛、人工智能或硬科技領域有強烈興趣，具備快速學習能力。2. 核心能力- 戰略思維：能拆解復雜問題，具備數據分析和商業邏輯梳理能力。- 溝通影響力：出色的跨部門協調能力，擅長與政府、企業高層對話。- 執行力：適應高強度工作，能同時推進多線程任務，結果導向。3. 加分項- 有產業生態合作（如車企、芯片、地圖服務商）或政策對接經驗。- 具備股權投資、資本運作或項目管理（PMP）相關經驗。
