職責：1.負責整車廠內汽車功能耐久測試，包括但不限于車聯網、充電系統、電機、智能駕駛系統、電器件、儀表中控等。2.根據測試計劃和標準，設計和執行功能測試方案，確保測試的全面性和準確性。3.使用專業的測試設備和工具，收集測試數據，并進行分析，以評估汽車各系統的性能和耐久性。4.識別測試過程中出現的問題，記錄詳細的問題描述，并與相關部門合作解決。5.編寫測試報告，總結測試結果，提出改進建議。6.與項目團隊成員溝通，確保測試活動與項目進度保持一致。任職要求：1.本科及以上學歷，汽車工程、機械工程、電子工程或相關專業。2.持有C1駕照，熟悉道路測試場地，最好具備大眾試車證。3.具有2年以上汽車整車測試經驗，在大眾集團工作經驗者優先。4.熟悉汽車電子電氣系統，了解車聯網、充電技術、電機驅動、智能駕駛系統等相關知識。5.良好的數據分析能力，能夠使用專業的測試軟件和工具。6.具有一定的項目管理經驗，能夠協調和管理測試項目。7.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠閱讀和理解英文技術文檔，具備基本的英文匯報能力。8.能適應出差，包括高寒、高熱等環境測試地點。
