工作內容：我們正在尋找一位半固態注射成型金屬/高分子材料成型工藝的助理工程師，了解半固態成型技術原理，熟悉金屬（如Al、Mg合金）或高分子材料的流變特性。主要職責包括：·負責區域內CNC加工中心的日常運營與管理，協助生產計劃制定、執行與監控，確保生產任務的準時交付和高質量完成。·精通CNC加工技術，能夠指導團隊解決復雜加工難題，優化加工路徑和參數，提升加工效率和產品精度。·提升部門各班組的生產效率負責區域6S工作的實施與檢查，以及對安全的預防。·監督CNC機床的日常維護、保養及故障排查，確保設備處于最佳運行狀態，提高設備利用率和安全性。·對區域內品質異常的跟蹤處理,與各部門關于品質問題的溝通協調工作。·負責日常生產運營和新設備導入計劃。·負責工裝、夾具、刃具、量具、工位器具等設計和創新運用。·負責持續改進制造工藝，提高生產效率和產品質量。職位要求：· 大專以上學歷優先，技術/經驗特別豐富者可放寬學歷要求；· 三年以上半固態注射成型工作經驗或五年以上壓鑄經驗；· 熟練使用UG、MasterCAM、PowerMill等編程軟件中的一種或多種，懂汽車零部件夾具設計、刀具設計；· 有華孚/春秋(精深)集團半固態成型工作經驗者優先；
