工作內容：我們正在尋找一位具有電子零件管理專業知識的人才，負責完善公司電子零件管理流程，以及對電子零件供應商實施管理工作。主要職責包括：·負責電子零件供應商體系審核與開發工作的策劃，并完善相關公司流程文件及制度。·負責建立并保持電子零件供應商審核與管理體系評價準則。·參與新電子零件供應商的評定，對供應商進行現場審核，并對改善對策進行確認。·負責制定電子零件供應商年度審核計劃，并主導審核計劃的實施。·負責跟進電子零件供應商審核問題點的分析與改善，驗證改善效果直至問題關閉，并將審核結果報告反饋給采購部。·負責對電子零件供應商提出的4M變更進行跟蹤確認。·負責電子零件供應商質量體系的開發，必要時對供應商提供培訓與指導。·負責外購電子零部品的內部認證，初始電子零部品的評估放行，以及PPAP的承認，確定來料檢驗標準。·參與新導入電子零件的品質異常分析與改善。職位要求：· 本科及以上學歷。· 5年以上電子零部件SQE相關工作經驗。· 英語可作為工作語言。· 擅長發現問題、分析問題和改善問題。
